Share a very comortable room in my home, with desk, very comfortable double bed. Some kitchen priviledges, very quiet neighborhood, 10 minute walk to Winter Park Village (if you walk briskly) 10 min walk to Lake Lily. Easy access to buses, fishing on the lake on the street, with a very private back yard, offstreet parking, all utilities included, free wifi & basic cable. You will share bathroom with one female. Would prefer a female because of this. I need my privacy & will respect yours. References checked, must be employed, bi monthly is OK. one mo's. rent required as a d deposit (negotiable). Will consider a weekly rental for $125/week
Also renting large private entrance studio in back of house for 600, all inclusive.
