This is a large room with a full size, newer refrigerator, microwave, no oven however, table and chairs, lounge chair, private bathroom has a nice shower. All utilities included, free wifi & basic cable TV. All furnished with a twin trundle bed. You have a separate entrance and we have lake access for fishing. There is a huge closet & more storage in a large armoire in the room. There is no shared house space. You can walk to buses, K-Mart, the Winter Park Village. The back yard is really private and the neighbors all keep to thenselves and it is very quiet and peaceful here. No pets, no loud noises, suitable for a single adult only. If you have a car, there is off-road parking. Rent could be reduced if it works out for you and me and you would like to do some yard work. Available now. A $100 deposit is required for weekly rental, one mos. rent for monthly rental.
