I am looking for a female to rent the master bedroom/bathroom with a large walk-in closet in my upscale condo which is located in a well-kept gated condominium/townhome community in MetroWest off Robert Trent Jones Blvd. (in between Kirkman Rd. and Hiawasee Rd.) The condo is only 7 years old, and is immaculate. It has beautiful tiled floors in common areas, new carpet, freshly painted walls, and stylish light fixtures.
Room is $575 ($450 rent + $125 utilities) *Security deposit $150. *Available immediately. I am a Christian professional female around 30 years old, and I am very involved in my Church, the Arts, and Teaching. I do not have overnight male guests ever, I only have a group of people over occasionally, and I am very neat and clean. I need a roommate who prefers the same.
